• New tires on the truck

Today we went and visited Sister Samanthia George and her husband Peter. Peter had a stroke recently and can understand you, but can't speak. Actually, he didn't come out to see us. What we went up for was to take some paperwork to her that will allow her husband to get a pension from where he worked before the stroke. She needs to take him to the doctor and so we are going to do that next Thursday on her day off. After visiting with Sister George for about an hour we left. 

We decided to take some back roads to Castries to get the mail. It was an adventure as every trip we take is. We ended up going to old house they all the tour buses go to. It was high on a mountain. It was called the Howelton Estate. You could over look the Castries and the harbor where all the cruse ships come in. It was a pretty view. We bought some of their homemade chocolate which wasn't very good. We did find a cooking apron of the St. Lucia Island. It looks like an apron that I bought when I was in Ireland, with the same type of layout. I thought that was pretty cool. We met a lady there from Arkansas. We have a missionary from Arkansas named Elder Burnett. I think she was from Gentry.

After getting the mail we came home and took a nap for a bit then we washed the truck. It was a mess from when I went and helped Yohan last week and we drove in some mud. One thing about it, the mud here washes off much easier than the mud in Utah. It is mostly sand. 

This evening we went to Rosco's Tire store and got new tires put on the truck. The old ones were pretty bald. We just lazed around this evening.
