• Omari McCaunley washes car.
• Elder Claude Gamiette and Cozy Stewart came to town. 
• Omari's football game

We had a pretty busy day today. It was very rainy this morning but let up in the middle of the day and came back tonight. 

We grocery shopping this morning and then came back home because Omari McConnell was coming over to wash our car. He is a deacon in our branch and he plays football (soccer) for a 12-year-old team. He came over around 10:30 or 11:00 and I got all the stuff out so he could wash and vacuum the car. I told him I would pay him $50EC dollars. He did a pretty good job and I gave him a little help but not too much. While cleaning the car we found some scratches on the front end which just happened this week. Somewhere. It looks like someone may be in a parking lot was backed out and their tire rubbed and scratched a front panel of the car. 

Anyway, we got that done but it was too early to take Mari to his football game and we had to go and pick up Elder Claude gamiette and President cozy Stewart from the airport. How's it worked out or didn't work out? They were coming in about the time that what we needed to get Omari to his game. Actually they were meeting for a practice before the game at a different field. And of course the airline was late so it even put us later getting him to the practice. Anyway, threw a bunch of back road driving. We were able to get him to his practice and we were only 5 minutes late. 

We got a call from the choc Elders. I guess Elder Amato had a bad earache and needed to go to the doctor. So we went and picked him up after dropping Omari off and took him to the emergency room. Since all the doctor's offices were closed. We decided we will not do that again as it was about 800 EC dollars. 

Tina dropped me off at omari's soccer game which was at the field next to our church. Amari plays goalie but only got to play the last 5 minutes of the game. He had one good save but they ended up losing 4 to 0. 

About the time the game was over, Tina got done with the missionaries at the hospital emergency room and came and picked me up. 

It started really raining just as the football game was finishing. It really poured hard for about 30 minutes.

We took the missionaries home and then we're headed home when President Stewart called and wanted to know if we wanted to go to dinner with them. We said we would and went up to the motel they were staying at. It was very nice and we had a nice buffet dinner. But of course whenever I eat a lot of St. Lucian food. It doesn't always sit well with me. Not too bad this time but a little queasy.
