Today we had to do house and car inspections for the missionaries. We had a little plan change because we had to meet Angie McCaunley downtown to buy food for President D's Funeral.  We went and did the Elders house and car and were going to do the Sisters, but we didn't have time before we had to get to Castries and meet Angie. 

We got all the shopping done and took the goods over to the church. We took Angie in the car with us which we are no longer supposed to do, but I couldn't make her walk over from Castries to the church while we drove. It was a short distance so we just took her with us and then brought us back to the bus stop.

After dropping Angie off we headed to Vieux Fort to inspect the elders house and car. It is a bit of a drive and it was raining for part of the time we were there. After their inspection we went to a health clinic to see if we could get a yellow fever shot card for Noah. He had one and threw it away after the FSY trip thinking he wouldn't need it any more. Well he does for his mission. Anyway they can do it, but couldn't do it today, but can tomorrow. We will have the elders go pick it up for us.

We drove home, actually Tina did, I was really tired and slept most of the way. We got hung up in a traffic jam going through Castries. There were two cruise ships in port and the most white people we have seen since being here. Anyway we called Natalie our daughter while we were stuck in traffic to see how they were doing. She said Jacob is real sick. Eli's birthday is tomorrow. I think he will be 6.

Tina got her whatsapp account hacked today. She sent a log in code to someone that requested it and they took over her account. Anyway she is locked out. She was worried they might be able to get to our accounts or something.

Wednesday, April 9, 2025 Make a video for our home ward in US Today was a build a video day for our ward back home. They are having a special primary day activity on Friday and they asked us to create a short video with our testimonies.  So I had to learn a new video maker program. I have always used Windows Movie Maker, but they no longer support it and someone else I think owns it and you can use the free version, but it is very limited. Windows 11 comes with a new program called Clipchamp. I think it is also supported by an outside company, but the free version that comes with Windows 11 has all the features I needed.  I did have to read up on how to use it and watched a bunch of Youtube videos for beginners. Between learning how to use it and using it to create a 2 minute video took all day. I finally got it done about 6:00 pm. Sunday, June 22, 2025 Sunday church was pretty smooth. Elder Esikia spoke and goes home next Saturday Lyris Davis spoke on fearing God Harvey showed up but didn't stick around My brother Bevin visiting my sister Tanya Interviewed Mohamad Joseph for temple recommend and Priesthood advancement Benjamin Joseph always asking for stuff from the church Confirmed Anette Valcin today Church went pretty smooth today. Shomario is conducting this month. He got his speakers but I think he got them late. The fact that Maya Jn Paul spoke would make me think that he probably hadn't got his speakers and asked her Saturday night. He asked Elder Esikia to speak and I gave him that suggestion on Saturday so I'm assuming he hadn't got his speakers yet. Elder Esikia spoke on how he decided to go on a mission.
