  • Tina had a religious council meeting
  • Missionary mix ups galore on transfers

This morning Tina had a meeting with some religious council and Castries. She said she got put on some committee To make up the bylaws of the committee. Why we were driving there we passed Harvey Joseph walking down the road. He spotted us and pointed out but we just kept going.

Elder Nelson from Viewport was flying out today to Saint Vincent on transfers. We were at the VG airport and found out that his flight was flying out of viewport not here. So they were scrambling 'cause they only had about an hour and a half to get down there to catch the flight so the missionaries took off and I guess they made it 'cause I seen a picture on the Barbados Bridge Town Mission Messenger chat That he made it to his destination. And then they headed back up here to pick up a new elder coming in. Actually before that another elder did play in here that was a companion for the view Fort elders So they had to drive back up here to pick him up He is Elder Reed From New Mexico. They picked him up at the airport and brought him to our house to fill out his paperwork so we can get his work permit. The other elder coming in who is going to be companions with Elder Morby is was supposed to be in at around 2:30. Then they found out that he was also landing in viewport so they had to drive back down and pick him up So they made three trips back and forth to view for trying to get missionaries where they belonged. We haven't met the new missionary yet. We have one more sister coming in tomorrow and she is a new missionary as was Elder Reed.

I have been working on cleaning up another shell that was outside and I thought it might be a pretty one but it turned out not to be too much it's just black. I have been practicing blowing my conch horn but it doesn't work very well.

Wednesday, April 9, 2025 Make a video for our home ward in US Today was a build a video day for our ward back home. They are having a special primary day activity on Friday and they asked us to create a short video with our testimonies.  So I had to learn a new video maker program. I have always used Windows Movie Maker, but they no longer support it and someone else I think owns it and you can use the free version, but it is very limited. Windows 11 comes with a new program called Clipchamp. I think it is also supported by an outside company, but the free version that comes with Windows 11 has all the features I needed.  I did have to read up on how to use it and watched a bunch of Youtube videos for beginners. Between learning how to use it and using it to create a 2 minute video took all day. I finally got it done about 6:00 pm. Sunday, June 22, 2025 Sunday church was pretty smooth. Elder Esikia spoke and goes home next Saturday Lyris Davis spoke on fearing God Harvey showed up but didn't stick around My brother Bevin visiting my sister Tanya Interviewed Mohamad Joseph for temple recommend and Priesthood advancement Benjamin Joseph always asking for stuff from the church Confirmed Anette Valcin today Church went pretty smooth today. Shomario is conducting this month. He got his speakers but I think he got them late. The fact that Maya Jn Paul spoke would make me think that he probably hadn't got his speakers and asked her Saturday night. He asked Elder Esikia to speak and I gave him that suggestion on Saturday so I'm assuming he hadn't got his speakers yet. Elder Esikia spoke on how he decided to go on a mission.
